We were looking for specific style of windows and found that Aspire met those expectations. Our initial meeting with John was crucial to us as we needed him to understand the period that we were looking at. Their team are dedicated to ensuing quality. The fitters they have also share the same ethos of ensuring quality. We highly recommend Aspire as a preferred window company. We will be coming back to them to replace our other windows in due course.

From start to finish, its hard to see how John at Aspire Bifold's service could have been improved, it was easy, quick, and everyone I’ve dealt with has been professional and efficient, doing exactly what they said they’d do.The doors look great, and despite the horrendous temperatures of well over 30 degrees on install date, working in full sun, Alex and team were terrific.Pricing also very competitive using a known and reliable brand.I kept thinking: this is too easy, what have I missed?Very much appreciated dealing with this company – if only more were like them!

After spending a lot of time researching bifold products, we found Aspire supplied the product we wanted and never looked back. The ordering process was easy and the team were always more than happy to help. We ended up ordering one set of bifold doors and two roof lights. When we started our journey looking for bi-fold doors we knew very little about the technology or what was available in the market. Having discovered Aspire the subject was demystified for us with expert help from their team.Having made our selection, with the guidance and help provided by John Small, the order and installation process went through without a hitch. In all aspects of the process, Aspire proved to be helpful, courteous and professional.As far as the finished project is concerned, we are more than pleased. The quality of the doors, and matching window more than exceeds expectation, and we are more than happy with this.But most importantly, from the showroom personnel to the door fitters, the attitude and professionalism was second to none.

Ordered new patio door from Aspire to replace 1970s relic. Showroom is well laid out with full size examples and sales staff were knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Time from order/survey to installation was well within our expectations and the installation itself was smooth, clean and very professionally done throughout. The results are amazing. Aspire bifolds recently refurbished our property with new windows, front door, French doors and bifolds to the rear of the property which were fitted to a great standard, very quick and efficient. We occurred a slight problem with the glass panels in the bifolds and were really pleased with the quick response from Aspire, the glass panels were changed and now all look stunning. We can’t thank them enough for all the help and support they provided. We would highly recommend Aspire Bifolds as they are very professional and well managed company.

Good communication. Kept to timeframe stated - surprisingly fast turnaround. Exceptional quality and style. We saw a number of Aluminium bifolds prior to purchasing that just didn’t look great - they had a cheap plastic look to them with very thick frames. At a reasonable price, the steel bifolds we went for are the best looking bifolds I have seen - sleek frames that elegantly frame the glass without being overbearing. No draught either.Can’t recommend enough!

Aspire Bifolds, great company with a really good team. We engaged with John and the team in 2017 for Atlas roof lights and Origin doors for our house. John was on hand to give us advice on what sizes to look at based on our requirements. His knowledge on the products was really good. We had a quote turned around pretty fast and were able to compare against other vendors, we went with Aspire as they went the extra mile in terms of pre-sales. Installation: We had two dates, one for the Atlas roof lights and one for the doors. John and team kept us up to date on these and when the day came for fittings, they did so in a professional manner, were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. We had no snags with the installs either. They also worked with the builder we had and advised the builder on certain aspects. After-Sales: We had some issues with the Origin doors (expanding in the summer), John was very responsive and sent his installers out so they could resolve the matter. Anyone looking for roof lights, lanterns or bifolds should 100% go and speak with Aspire Bifolds. The care about customer service, they are transparent on pricing, very knowledgable about what they are selling and their install guys (only saw men so I can say that) were all brilliant. I'd recommend time and time again.

We sourced two sets of Heritage doors and a skylight through Aspire. The whole process was extremely smooth from start to finish. All the staff we dealt with were very helpful and friendly. The doors arrived on time and the fitting went smoothly. Even though it started to rain quite heavily the fitters soldiered on. Thanks Aspire everything looks great.

Aspire have been a real pleasure to deal with. I ordered Origin bifold doors and a flat roof skylight. Their ordering process is done very professionally taking a lot of care to ensure things are measure correctly to avoid any problems. I enjoyed my visit to the showroom. John and James very knowledgeable down to the small important details and answered all of my questions. Good communication from Malcolm the surveyor, who was patient when my builder wasn't there to let him in. Frankey was also super nice and helpful. I wish every company provided the service that these guys do. 😀

Not normally one to write reviews but service received has warranted the positive feedback. Superb front-to-back management of the process; John was fantastic, as was Neil the surveyor. Bifold/Window fitting can be a somewhat stressful and bifurcated process, however Aspire managed to make this as stress-free as possible. Highly recommended

Very happy with the service from Aspire Bi-folds. We recently purchase 2 Origin bi-folds for our new kitchen/diner extension. Initially we dealt with James at the sale stage and John through installation. Doors look fantastic, very very pleased, james was easy to deal with at the sales stage discussing various options and making a sound recommendation based on our budget. John was great through installation dealing with our queries and providing quality after-service. Fitters were polite and courteous. Very happy with the doors and service provided by the Aspire team and would have no reservations in recommending them. Thanks guys, and keep up the good work.

From the first time we visited the shop to the numerous times I called to changed bits and asked about things such as catflaps (which they do fit for you) Frankie and John were both great. Customer service is brilliant and so is the finished product which was fitted without a glitch yesterday. They look amazing - exactly what I was looking for. I should have left a review ages ago. I was in the middle of planning have a rear extension to my house, and in the market for bifold doors. I tried all the usual companies but then literally stumbled on the Aspire website whilst doing a google search. This company provides outstanding support/service and their prices are competitive, I recall the owner returning my call at 21:30 and discussing my needs in detail (from the airport). Quality windows at competitive prices, lovely team who worked quick and discretely. Barely noticed the work took place! They cleaned up after and the windows are absolutely gorgeous. A little let down as I’ve asked for a spare part to be sent over to me now numerous times in the past month and I still haven’t received it. Hence 4 stars as a bit annoying having to chase this constantly.

Aspire Bifolds.... truly fantastic!Very professional business which consists of a very genuine and honest team ofpeople who treat your home like their own home. Such competitive prices too which nobody else could beat, especially with the work that was carried out.Communication between Aspire and us was 1st class from start to finish, with the job being completed within the agreed timescale set from the start.No fuss, issues or any wrong doing from the Aspire team.There are no reasons what so ever for me to leave any negative feedback for these guys, they really did treat me and my home with great care and attention to detail. I cannot rate these guys highly enough, aspire recently supplied and installed pvc windows and aluminium byfold doors to my elderly parents house. Amazing value and they look fantastic.Also a big thank you to the fitters who took time to listen to my parents and who cleaned up after themselves. Lovely bifolds at a very competitive price. We really liked the guys that we spoke with. We're really pleased with our new folding doors. So much of an improvement over our old sliding back door and really opens out our kitchen/dining room. We had great service from Aspire. I had Origin bi-fold doors, a composite front door and PVC door & windows all fitted by Aspire and cannot fault them!Great communication, John answered my many and sometimes silly questions at any time of day and the fitters were lovely guys.I had a very minor detail that needed changing as my front door arrived with the wrong knocker on, but that was rectified really quickly without any fuss and was very well managed.Overall we're very happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
